Your Customer Satisfaction Story
Here is the heart of our customer satisfaction research. Your chance to tell about the positive customer experience you had with any product or service, or to complain about your own dissatisfaction and let the rest of the customers out there know what to watch out for.
Our research utilizes the ten domains of satisfaction, the factors which are present to some degree in every customer/supplier relationship. The simple survey you fill out touches each of these areas where we are compiling ongoing research. We'll also ask you to record specific industry information like the name of the company, or industry and who you might have dealt with in the transaction: clerk, supervisor, company president, field service personnel etc. and we'll ask you what state and city it happened in.
We'll also give you plenty of space to tell your story in detail, so we can have a complete picture of your experience.
So what do we do with all of this information? Simply put, we analyze it and publish the results. We're advocates for the customer in the millions of transactions that happen every day and we publish reports and research (See Customers Sat Resources) and share this information with industries, customer advocacy groups, the media and the companies mentioned in the surveys themselves to try to make things better. We present real data from the mouths of the customers themselves.
