The World Class Leadership Organizational Audit will apply to a one man operation, a department or division within an organization, or an entire multi-national corporation.

An interrelated set of 40 factors on a one to ten likert scale are combined into an overall mean score, ten individual category scores, and a set of analyses of strengths and weaknesses, competitor positioning, mission alignment with weighted customer priorities, and strategic opportunities for change.  Each organization will be able to plot it's results on various impact charts provided.  A series of strategic planning guidelines and intervention resources are included.  The audit process is a completely facilitated experience.

This is a serious strategic process that provides a deep examination of your current state.  More urgent and timely then your annual strategic planning process, this fresh outlook cuts through layers of detail and noise to get to the core fundamentals of what's important now.  You will want to involve key stakeholders in the conversation.

How it works-

The audit is administered online for up to 25 respondents in an online audit questionnaire.   An aggregate report is presented for discussion with yourself & your team in a three hour session delivered in person by Bart Allen Berry, or a certified World Class Leadership associate consultant.  The World Class Leadership Audit cost is $1495.*
