My name is Bart Allen Berry and I have been a business fixer for more than 25 years.  I have worked with hundreds of companies worldwide, consulting, auditing, training and implementing organizational development.  I have also been accumulating mountains of business and survey data that has lead to fresh insights about customer satisfaction, excellence and what factors create business success.  This base of experience and in-depth research has revealed a foundational set of values, strategies and a reliable approach that I am going to share with you here to help you succeed, whether you own your own company, or work inside one.
