Specifically, the Baja Norte area betwen Rosarito (26 miles south of the Border) and Punta Banda (120 miles south of the Border) has it all. We've been operating our own training center at a great coastal resort hotel, and delivering team adventure programs there for ten years. Here's what you can expect:

The Punta Banda Peninsula
2.5 Hours from San Diego, it is the beginning of real Baja Mexico. A world class waterfront natural wilderness area with all kinds of great team adventure, excellent facilitation, seafood to write home about and sunsets that won't quit. Come down for one day and one night or better- at least two nights to get the full experience.
Your group can stay in several places including:
A First Class Waterfront Marina Resort with conference rooms, restaurant etc..
Beach Front Houses that sleep anywhere from four to fifteen
Actual Camping on an Island or beach front
Activities in Punta Banda center around a purpose-driven training or strategic offsite event or meeting, with classroom and conference facilitated activities. Each day promises a new adventure or two, as the group will take training and meetings out of the traditional environment to the rocks, beach, water or aboard ship.

Ensenada Sport Fishing-
Offshore Full Day 30 to 50 miles offshore from May to October run a wide variety of pelagic species and world class gamefish including:
Yellowtail Albacore Tuna Big Eye Tuna Blue Fin Tuna Yellow Fin Tuna SkipJack Dorado (Mahi Mahi) Marlin Mako Shark
A full day of fishing means leaving very early in the morning and returning around dinner time with the coolers loaded with fillets. Hard core adrenaline pumping fishing action is available as a group charter with full guiding and tackle etc. A great day of fishing would not be complete however, without a serious fish cookout, beach bonfire, or chef prepared dinner as the stories of the day's adventure are related and the size of the fish caught get stretched a bit.. Just going for the ride is very beautiful with whales, dolphins, Sunfish, Blue and Grey whales and even Sea Turtles being sighted in the ultramarine blue offshore waters.
In Shore Half Day You can eat just about everything we catch when we fish inside of 15 miles and all around Todos Santos Island. Smaller boats, pangas, or large party boat can all put us on the fish in an amazing variety of species year round including:

This is a truly amazing fishery and with a 6am roll out we can be back in by lunchtime with something to throw on the grill or to make very fresh fish tacos.

Maybe you don't even leave the dock. This big beautiful boat is so spacious that it is a destination unto itself. Introducing Brava Grande
We have our own rock climbing site. We have discovered a fantastic private cirque with a 180 foot cliff, private tide pool area and great fun easy group climbing for first timers or experienced climbers alike. We have been developing this location and are still doing first ascents. From a climbers perspective- THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Always beautiful and protected from the weather, an adventure here will be truly unforgettable for your team.

Sea Kayaking is great activity that everyone can do from 3 hours to overnight on the island, we have multiple remote and beautiful settings to visit and enough boats and guides for fairly large groups.
ATV Trips can be organized anywhere on more than 300 miles of mountain and coastal wilderness from 3 hours to all day-- or even overnight. Call for more information.
IT IS WORTH MENTIONING that we can arrange winery tours in the nearby guadalupe valley, golf at the Ensenada Country Club, Shopping tours and Spa treatments in several nearby locations.
