Session One: Who Are You?

Personal Leadership Vision Process

This in-depth interview process is designed to create a baseline for where you are today, and what the benefits to stronger and more effective leadership will be for you.

We will capture much of your history, significant leadership events and accomplishments and draw themes, trends and patterns that will create a holistic view of your identity and capabilities as a leader.  A specialized graphical affinity process will help reveal an integrated picture of who you are, and the various roles you play along with opportunities to exercise leadership.

Align yourself with your own natural excellence

Having the objectivity of an impartial coach and facilitator helps to develop a picture of your own uniqueness.  We will see you differently than you see yourself, and recognize natural traits that you may not be giving yourself enough credit for. We will also help you develop latent or previously undeveloped skills and internal resources. 

Efficiently and Effectively move towards your goals

This detailed personal picture will act as the touchstone for the entire Leading Edge program, with more and more detail filled in over the course of the program.  The idealized picture of your natural excellence and potential self will help filter actions and decisions much more effectively - to help you grow in ways that serve who you are and who you want to become. 

Session Materials:  A personal profile questionnaire will be completed ahead of time as part of new enrollee matriculation documentation.  An ongoing leadership development graphic will be continuously referenced throughout the program.

Logistics and Payment


Your First Rockclimbing Session will take place at a local cliff where you will be introduced to movement on rock, basic equipment & knots, climbing signals, and belaying.  You will complete several climbs and rappels and learn about safety in the mountain environment. We will begin to lay the foundation for your continued development as a climber while giving you a fun introduction to this fantastic sport.
