Leadership Sustainability
Develop a Strategic Plan and schedule for sustainability of Leadership improvement efforts in each area including Gantt project chart and two year schedule.
The objective is to systematize ongoing development efforts and to make commitments to several key objectives to be working towards in the future. By session nine the pattern of personal development and growth will have been established, but will benefit by long term reinforcement.
This is a working session to structure and outline a ‘leadership plan to live by’ and the key components that will be included as most valuable and meaningful to the program enrollee.
