People who discover their own intrinsic value and get into alignment with thir own natural excellence are happier, more successful and in general more satisfied with life.  Bart Allen Berry has developed a process by which people may self examine their own relationship with life, identify areas where they are 'out of alignment', and discover a path towards more happiness, fulfillment and self satisfaction. This proces serves as a rapid catalyst for personal improvement in a pragmatic and very tangible way- which can begin immediately. 

The Self Management Program is an intense self assessment process by which individuals can get a 'baselie-snapshot' of the main areas of their life, and develop a comprehensive improvement plan to improve it. 8 specific categories of Life Experience are included in the 65 question assessment, along with 5 Aspects of Self Value:

Education
Finance
Rest
Recreation
Health
Environment
Exercise

Inner Value
Mental Value
Physical Vlue
Emotional Value
Relational Value

After completion of the 65 question assessment, scores are transferred to the Life Impact Chart where statistical relationships, highs and lows and other analysis is provided to create a true quality of life baseline.

A one on one interpretation session is combined with action planning to help you develop your own life improvement plan.  

The entire process takes approximately 2.5 hrs and can be delivered one on one or in small groups.
