Comprehensive Approach- We get inside your organization, measure teamwork across the company and within each department and develop a thorough strategy which addresses the blocks to performance.  Areas addressed simultaneously may include: interdepartmental teamwork process analysis, departmental team leadership, employee culture change, teamwork competency development, team dynamics of new mergers, downsizing or leadership changes. With the comprehensive approach we will work from the macro level down to the individual team member in a concentrated period of time. 

 

Targeted Intervention- We work with specific departments or issues that need to be addressed now.  A customized approach for a particular group draws from our large bag of interventional tools to get through teamwork problems fast and provide the re-orientation that leads teams to increase their performance.  Conflicts, emotionally charged issues, personality differences, tough employee cultures and stalled production are all common reasons why our clients bring us in to help with a specific department or group.
