In a comprehensive and strategic optimization push Ensenada NAVICO continues to optimize it's global supply chain by centralizing production, and most recently working on a coordinated multi-national effort to renegotiate more than 5000 vendor contracts and relations. Under the leadership of Jorge Palacios VP of Global Supply at NAVICO, a long time client of Bart Allen Berry Training & Development, the NAVICO plant has been able to shave 7 to 17% of costs, demonstrating the kind of improvement initiative companies worldwide need to be doing now.
The Multinational group came together from as far as New Zealand, China, Germany, France and the UK for a concentrated week long effort in Ensenada. In addition to their hard work based at the plant the group took the opportunity to do some offsite team building exercises and a spectacular dinner party at one of BTD's favorite locations at a private dinner club at Estero Beach.
