Program Meetings
Business and Leadership Learning Meetings are working and discussion sessions that run for a minimum of 4 hours each. A comfortable and undisturbed location should be chosen. If at a work office location, every effort should be made to work without interruption. Most executives will find it more comfortable and confidential to meet offsite somewhere such as a restaurant or hotel resort-type location. In most cases access to the internet will be required.
Traveling for Meetings
Bart Allen Berry will travel to your business location or meeting site at your convenience. Bart is based in San Diego and will drive as far as north Los Angeles or Palm Springs for meetings. Any special travel arrangements or flights for clients out of this area will be the responsibility of the enrollee. Conversely, program enrollees might enjoy taking the time to visit the San Diego area for monthly meetings. In cases where clients travel from a greater distance, rock climbing outings and leadership business meetings can be combined back to back for the convenience of the enrollee. Enrollees and Bart will carpool to rock climbing locations where possible, spending more valuable time in discussions en route.
Program Progress And Records Online
All related program documents and records, survey results, goal setting and measurement etc. will be stored online at the MyLeadershipEdge.com secure server. Enrollees will have a logon password to access their own confidential files and records. Enrollees should use one dedicated email address for all program communications, scheduling and messages with Bart.
