Short Team Dynamics Program- Intact teams learn the value of group processes, model productive team skills and participate in a series of highly interactive exercises designed to demonstrate more productive ways of working together.  This fun, high energy, experiential learning approach is typically 3-4 hours and takes place indoors or outdoors at a convenient location.

Full Day Team Building- The full day team building program dives into greater detail on specific areas of interest to the team, includes a series of experiential exercises and simulations, the Teamwork Behavior Inventory©, and team high energy shared experience such as the High Adventure Ropes Course©, Sea Kayaking, Sailing or Rock Climbing.  Programs are held in Southern California, or Baja Norte beautiful natural areas or resort hotel meeting location.

Two Day Team Development Program- Some important teams or departments in your organization will benefit from a more in depth program- to overcome deep conflicts or to unlock greater team potential.  The Two day program includes a comprehensive diagnosis of team functioning called the Intact Workgroup Teamwork Survey©- an anonymous 50 question assessment that forms much of the basis for more customized teamwork development. 

In addition to targeted teamwork exercises, organizational simulations, and high adventure in an offsite setting, peer feedback and improvement/action planning components are included for a powerful turnaround in team behavior that is transferred back to the workplace- with report back and re-assessment in 30 days. 

We have worked with hundreds of companies to craft fun, high energy, and powerful large group team building experiences for groups as large as 3000- integrating many of our popular exercises and activities with large scale company messaging and symbolism, while simultaneously managing multiple small group and large group modules.  Annual meetings, super high energy motivational sales events, company mergers etc. are our specialty.
