San Diego On The Water Mission Bay
San Diego is a water town and having your meeting on the water somewhere should come with the territory. Beautiful beaches and bays as well as the open ocean makes our home town a great place year round.
Activities: Sea Kayaking, Outdoor Team Building Exercises Water-side, Fishing, Sailing, Harbor Excursions and Dinner Cruises.
Accomodations: Hyatt Islandia Hotel and Marina or Paradise Point Resort are our favorites for easy water access and adjacent Mission Bay park to spread out for any type of outdoor activities. Price Range: medium
San Diego Mountains
Our beautiful Cuyamaca Mountains are only an hour away and feature and environment of 100 tall pines and mountain peaks. The village of Julian is a great basecamp for meetings and business with the local mountains providing a real get away atmosphere. Fall is beautiful, Winter is beautiful, Summer is beautiful, Spring is beautiful there.
Activities include hiking and our own special rock climbing program at the top of 6000ft Stonewall Peak, a white granite peak with views as far as the Pacific Ocean and Mexico.

Newport Beach California
We have been working in Newport Beach for many years because of it's proximity to many of our clients in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. Newport Beach is an oasis of natural beauty with a strong ocean and inland waterway influence.
Activities include waterfront team building activities, Sea Kayaking, Balboa Island, various dinner cruises and open ocean motor yacht chartering to Catalina Island Country club for music and dinner in the warmer months.
Accomodations: The Hyatt Newporter is our favorite site with par 3 golf course on site and easy access to waterfront activities.

Las Rocas Resort and Spa, 25 Minutes South of the Border
We discovered Las Rocas about ten years ago as an unbelievable bargain for groups wanting a real get-away environment for a super price. Located right on the crashing waves just south of Rosarito, Las Rocas is an American Run Resort that serves the entertainment industry and is also very popular for weekend weddings. With a complete conference center on site and our own high adventure ropes course for group team building, we have made Las Rocas our official Baja Mexico training center. You will feel like you are 1000 miles away when you are only 45 minutes from San Diego.
Activities include world class surfing, high adventure ropes course on site, nearby Puerto Nuevo Lobster Dinners, 2 golf courses, on-site team building exercises, Sea Kayaking, Spa and tourist shopping.

Punta Banda Peninsula Just South of Ensenada
We love this place. Large scale natural beauty, fantastic waterfront, mountains, beaches, watersports, and more all within 2.5 hours of San Diego. Ideal for a two night stay or more, The Punta Banda peninsula is our new favorite place where we can stay on the beach, eat seafood like kings and access many local adventures and activities for a very low price.
Activities include sport fishing inshore and offshore deep sea fishing, sailing, ATVs, Hot Springs, Rock Climbing, Team Building Activities, Horse Back Riding, Sea Kayaking, Island Camping, La Bufadora blowhole visit, Surfing, Clam and Lobster Bake Bonfires on the beach and much more. A true feeling of wide open freedom and natural beauty permeates the entire area.
Accomodations are handled by renting beautiful beachfront houses which can accomodate any size group, with one large house serving as meeting room. Catering is available from private dinner club restauant on the beach or cooks work on site. Prices are great! Food is unbelievable.
