LEAD TO WIN-World Class Leadership Program World Class Leadership is our own research based model that includes the ten factors leaders must executie if they want to create a World Class organization. Based in years of satisfaction research and best practice organizational development, the World Class Leadership program embraces 'What Leaders Must Do' , rather than 'How' they go about leading and managing. Team Leadership Program The Team Leadership program is specifically structured to focus on dynamic team process skills for building communication, participation, and a positive climate in a work group. Ideal for new managers or recently promoted or transferred supervisors who find themselves in charge of a work group or department and who can benefit from some development. Team planning and problem solving, theories of motivation, respect and trust, and leadership self-awareness are also covered in this full one day course. Short lecture and programatic modules are heavily supplemented with exercises, role playing and practice leadership skills.
Dimensions of Leadership Program The Dimensions of Leadership Program covers three traditional Leadership styles/approaches in a non-traditional way. Facilitative Leadership Situational Leadership World Class Leadership Each dimension is explored through self assessment, exercises , lecture and discussion and team simulations where leaders are challenged and tested to do their best. This course answers the need for 'traditional' leadership education but is delivered using a fun experiential learning approach held more than 50% outdoors.
The Executive Edge Program The Executive Edge Program was originally developed in partnership with UCSD and designed for company presidents and top Executives. A true 'come to the mountain' experience, Executive Edge helps each executive to re-define themselves in terms of Leadership Vision, Identity, Style, Motivation and Effectiveness processes. This program includes special guest lecturers, rich leadership modules, an in-depth anonymous workplace feedback study, outdoor experiential problem solving and simulation exercises, rockclimbing and overnight solo experience, and much more. Executive Edge provides the opportunity for core re-definition and refinement of one's understanding and relationship with the subject of leadership and a commitment to becoming the best leader you can be.

360 LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT In addition to assesment instrumnets integrated in our Leadership trainings, more comprehensive 360 degree feedback surveys can be delivered as part of an organization's professional development and evaluation processes. Many factors and relationships across the organiation can be included for truly comprehensive profiles on each leader, manager or supervisor. Our 360 surveys include roll up reports, individualized feedback for each leader, improvement planning and coaching where requested.
