Additional Program Impacts

There are several components of the program where interface with your company/work environment are included.  These will require pre-preparation and administration including:

 

360 Feedback Survey

12 individuals are selected to complete a feedback survey about you and your leadership abilities.  This information is completed as an online survey and submitted by email.

 

External Customer Survey (Optional)

This instrument is prepared jointly and approved and distributed/collected from your company’s actual customers.  This is a time and energy intensive component that will probably require coordination with some of your company’s personnel.  Although this is an optional component of the program, it is a valuable one, well worth the trouble.

 

Team Leadership Experiential Exercises

An intact workgroup of 12-20 individuals needs to participate in an experiential team building session together with you. Ideally, this is a group from your company or even your own management team. Team and group process concepts are learned in a progressive series of exercises designed to promote effective group behavior.  This session is generally held outdoors at a convenient location in a half day format.

 

These program components can be altered somewhat according to individual circumstances.
