Bart Allen Berry is a seasoned management consultant, corporate trainer, speaker and author. Bart has worked with hundreds of companies, military and government groups in six countries, operated learning centers in Newport Beach, Palm Springs, and Baja Mexico, and has delivered organizational development work for more than 200,000 employees and managers.
Bart's 26 year old company, Aquarius Training & Development is being folded into a newly branded form under his own name. Much of Bart's work still bears the Aquarius Training & Development brand and logo. These will be phased out over time.
Bart has executed numerous organizational research and survey projects and authored a family of management assessment instruments and aggregated extensive customer reseach into predictive models of satisfaction, return and recommend rate behavior, and customer loyalty.
Bart is also a recognized expert on adult experiential learning, is a professional climbing guide leading expeditions worldwide with many significant ascents to his credit including Cerro Aconcagua (Hihgest mountain in the western hemisphere) and solo ascents of many Big Walls including Yosemite's El Capitan.
Bart has hosted numerous offsite meetings combined with planning, leadership and team building for clients such as Mattel, Alcoa, Children's Hospital, American Express, Coca Cola, and the Central Intelligence Agency. (see client list)
