ABOUT THE PROGRAM FACILITATOR Bart Allen Berry is a veteran organizational change consultant, author, speaker and trainer. Bart has been comfortable on the leading edge since starting his own Mountain Climbing School at age 23, teaching and leading climbing trips and expeditions worldwide, Bart subsequently entered the world of corporate training by becoming an industry leader in corporate experiential learning, opening three learning centers in California and Mexico, and serving the need for team and leadership development for thousands of corporate managers.
Bart continued to evolve his consulting and training business through the good and bad times of the 80's and 90's as a champion of everything from the TQM movement and reengineering to ISO Auditing, Self Directed Work Teams and the best of organizational simulation and corporate training design. Bart has provided hundreds of hours of executive coaching and has provided leadership development with climbing guiding to presidents of the Fortune 500 and many national and international top executives.
Bart has served as University faculty in Leadership Development and Quality Programs for the University Of California and several other schools, has authored numerous books and a family of organizational assessments and surveys, and administering hundreds of change-related organizational studies of satisfaction, climate, effectiveness, competency, and market competitiveness.
Several of Bart's original works are based on this comprehensive organizational research with companies and what makes them successful. Bart has developed and licenced organization-wide HRD solutions and leadership development programs for Revlon, Samsung, Pepsico and The University of Colorado, and others, leads strategic planning for top management teams and routinely develops customized solutions for company-wide development and change in America's finest companies.
