No, but the requirement is to offer at least one discounted product or service as a benefit to our members. While it is convenient for our members to know about your company, our business stimulation strategy is to actually have some kind of transaction to execute. How Long Will It Take For My Company Listing To Appear?
At this point we review and physically post each company listing. When things are backed up this may take as much as 48 hours. In general they are posted the same day. As our machine gets more sophisticated, many steps will be automated to speed up this process.
How Long Will My Listing Remain Posted For?
Your listing will remain up for a year and automatically renewed thereafter unless you direct us to remove it, we determine that you have gone out of business, or we remove your company from the network. You will be notified periodically of changes and developments affecting your listing and the network on an ongoing basis.
Editing My Company Listing
Use the Company listing editing form link to send us changes to your Company listing. We recognize the need to amend company listings from time to time. Please do not overuse this function as it does create work for us.
Does B2B Success Market Ever Remove Company Listings?
Rarely. But in some cases a member of the B2B Success Market team , at our sole discretion, will remove a company listing (and will typically email the company to let them know) if it doesn't follow our guidelines for ethical conduct, creates a conflict of interest, or creates some other kind of problem.

What kind of photos should I attach to my Company Listing?
You need to email your images to us for your company listing. Please keep them at 72dpi or thereabouts and no larger than 2" X 2". We will reject images that are too large. It will be great to have 1 company logo or picture, 1 image for each discount offer, one time offer, and free offer. Business Development Advisors
What Is The Role Of The Business Development Advisor?
Business Development Advisors promote free membership in the B2B Success Network by developing their own 'group' of free members who use the resources of the B2B Success Network. BDA's also enroll businesses, coach them to create effective listings and search for complimentary suppliers to connect them to the products and services they are looking for, with transactions happening through the B2B Success Market. BDA's receive a transaction commission from members and vendors in their group when sales are made. BDA's also promote attendance at the free evening seminars. Need Work? Is There A Fee To Become A Business Development Advisor?
Not at this time. Becoming a BDA represents the opportunity to develop a part time or full time small business with residual value. This is a relatively easy job for people with good networking skills.
What Support Is Offered For Business Development Advisors?
BDA's have their own meetings, usually held before the free evening seminars. BDA's have a set of training resources at the web portal and several conference type events are held each year for the BDA's. Field support is available by email and telephone. Each BDA gets monthly account reports and all transaction records and accounting are provided as they occur.
Is it Possible to be a Vendor With A Company Listing and Also Be A Business Development Advisor?
Yes, but if you are already listed in a BDA's 'group' , you would automatically be removed from that relationship, for purposes of your own transactions, but the BDA who listed your company would continue to receive a 2% residual commission on transactions from your company listing. Obviously, if you, as a BDA, list another business who you also purchase discounted products or services from, you will be enjoying not only the discount offered but a 5% transaction commission and a 2% residual commission from that transaction. This can result in significant savings for you when you purchase from this supplier.

Pay Pal
B2B Success Network processes listed discount offers, and one time offers secured by Pay Pal. Currently the plan is to migrate to an e-commerce platform with more functionality shortly. This one time conversion will take place with notice to all of the companies listed on the network.
How And When Do Companies Get Paid?
B2B Success Network receives sales revenues from customers which are cleared through Pay Pal. Once transactions are cleared, checks are issued to vendors. This can take from 48 hours to a maximum of 5 days. B2B issues checks on a continual basis which are mailed with transaction accounting to the address the company lists when they fill out their company profile form.
How Do We Know When We Have Made A Transaction?
When we have received notification that a transaction has occurred, we will send you an email notification. You are then contractually obligated to provide the product or service as you have listed- expeditiously.
How Much Does B2B Success Network Make On Each Transaction?
There is a 12% transaction commission on every sales transaction. B2B makes a 5% transaction referral fee, the BDA makes 5%, and the BDA who listed the vendor company makes 2%.
How Can I Know About All My Activity From My Company Listing?
When transactions have occurred during a particular month, you will receive an email summary of all your activity. If no transactions have occurred, no report will be issued.
How Are Taxes Calculated?
You are responsible for all of your own state and federal taxes. If your transaction totals near 500. or more, payments will be suspended to you until we receive 1099 federal tax reporting form from you with either your tax ID or your Social Security Number. With this information we will issue W2 annual reporting to the address listed on your Company Profile Form. You can download this form from our website and mail it to us at any time in anticipation of this need and to avoid interruption of payments.
